Job Evaluation and Introduction Of Competencies
I worked with a manufacturing business who had drafted the EEF in to review their roles through a Job evaluation scheme, they then wanted me to look at these roles to put together competencies and introduce three levels of roles with a skill level attached. The business wanted a pay for progression style system attached to these competencies and skills.
What We Did To Change It
We trained the managers and supervisors on how to use the documents to appraise the employees, and then supported the business on the implementation of the process with the employees.
